- The user is apparently Indika Gamage who is doing web designs. May be he designed this website. The question is this. Does that website design provides him with a license to use documents in the website in a Wikipedia article word-by-word? This policy document had been done referring previous year's policy document, several publications by prominent personnel in the field. Requesting suppressredirect facility[සංස්කරණය]
Please grant me suppressredirect (personal to the holder) allowing better housekeeping of Sinhala Wikipedia, specifically moving the articles with names having very bad Sinhala script mistakes to correct names without creating a redirect. Thanks. --- ශ්වෙත (talk) 01:34, 31 අගෝස්තු 2013 (යූටීසී)
- It seems this right is not available to be granted to users in a simple way. By referring to enwiki I also agree that we should leave the trail so we can locate how the things started. In case of the really inappropriate names we can remove the pages later. But for the spelling errors somebody made that mistake once so it's possible for someone else to make the same mistake again.
