Anuja Perera is a former Sri Lankan rugby union player.

Early childhood and Career

Anuja who was educated at Nalanda College, Colombo excelled not only in rugby but with Shot Putt, Javelin throw and Wrestling. He is also a Master of Business Administration graduate from Anglia Ruskin University in United Kingdom.

Anuja played for Sri Lanka under-19 Junior National Rugby team in 2003, later wore the national jersey playing for Rugby World Cup qualifiers in 2007. Also toured U.A.E in 2007 and 2009 toured Kazakhstan in 2008, and the Asian Five Nations Tournament which they won against Thailand where he scored his first international try.[1]
