NOTE: The community consensus is to list only the 3 most recent RfX's unless they are newer than 3 months. In no case will more than seven recent RfXs be displayed in the table. Rows removed from this template are added to Wikipedia:Requests for adminship by year.

Inputs

• Input 1: A for "RfA" or B for "RfB".
• Input 2: Candidate's username.
• Input 3: Number of RfA/RfB (if previous nominations). If no previous nominations leave blank.
• Input 4: Date of closure. Always outputs day, not zero padded; month, abbreviated; and 4 digit year, using the #time ParserFunction. Example with today: 31 මාර්තු 2024.
• Input 5: Number of supports.
• Input 6: Number of opposes.
• Input 7: Number of neutrals.
• Input 8: (options below)
  • S = Successful
  • W = Withdrawn
  • NN = WP:NOTNOW
  • SN = WP:SNOW
  • US = Unsuccessful
  • NC = No consensus
  • D = Candidate declined nomination
  • CR = Cancelled and restarted
  • CEO = Closed early (other reason)
  • RC = Reconfirmed
  • Free text
