What

• Should point to a location on another talkspace page (Main_talk, Wikipedia_talk, User_talk, etc.)

Subst

• Must be subst:ed.

Parameters

• |location= : article at which the discussion is happening. If not labelled as "location," then uses the first parameter.
• |topic= (optional): heading name for the user's talk page. If not labelled as "topic," then uses the second parameter. If there is no second parameter, then uses location.
