re.: Factual error regarding your biography of John Adams, President
To whom it may concern,
You attribute the nomination of George Washington to be the Commander in Chief of the Continental Army to two people when in point of fact there was only one person who put forward the nomination. You have an obvious conflict here ! Some how some way this conflict should be resolved once and for all. On one hand you portray John Adams as the person who put forward the nomination. On the other hand you say that Thomas Johnson of Maryland put forth the nomination. Given the fact that there is evidence that John Adams himself said it was Johnson who nominated Washington (in a letter) I would say that there is compelling reason to edit your article on Adams.
