තෝමස් ග්‍රැහැම් (ඉංග්‍රීසි: Thomas Graham) FRS FRSE (1805-12-21[1][2] – 1869-10-16), යනු බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය ජාතික රසායන විද්‍යාඥයකු වෙයි. ඔහු colloid chemistry හි මූලාරම්භකයෙක් ලෙස සැලකෙයි.[3]
