Double standards inside wikipedia and duplicate article names
[සංස්කරණය]මෛත්‍රි බුදුන් වහන්සෙ and මෛත්‍රී බුදුන් වහන්සේ How can a reader identify the difference, or the validity of what article is best to refer for what. My personal observation is as follows, one article is just translating the english wiki and the other is fully based on a single youtube channel with videos of an unnamed person, which no one even knows if its a valid monk or not. - @Wikiceylon.pvt After carefully review what you have known and your argument, and what you have written in Wikipedia, you do not believe in Buddhism, I do not understand why you were talking about this. I was carefully reviewing මෛත්‍රි බුදුන් වහන්සෙ and මෛත්‍රී බුදුන් වහන්සේ, and your other pages which are "සාන්ත සෙබස්තියන් දේවස්ථානය, එඬේරමුල්ල", ද්වාරය:කතෝලික සභාව/External Resources, ද්වාරය:Catholic Church/Tab1 and so on. - ්Thanuka you can clearly see i was talking about clarity in the article topics. which only have the difference of "වහන්සෙ" and "වහන්සේ". An yes the validity. Ys i maybe catholic but my family from father's side is fully buddhist. And i can assure you that i was immersed in buddhism and its culture, and i not even a bit have anything against buddhism and its teachings. I may sound vague on text, but i was trying to keep those articles in one level. Now that i know about wiki books, i guess thats the best place for articles like what we were blabbering about. I guess you understand that, cause its nice to have a place you can get all the information of something and a place to get just the brief idea. just like wiki article and wikibook. I hope you understand my intention, yes when i go back and read, i really sound angry, maybe because i didnt know how to tell what my intention really is. I dont remember my old wiki account, but if i find ill link it to you, and you can see how many buddhist articles i wikified more than catholic ones. i try to not write catholic articles because being catholic i may be biased towards it. in the sense of wikifying, doesnt mean i go an add my own prespective of buddhist theology or teachings. i just go and make the formats, tables, styles, sectioning tags, linking, interwiki linking, adding infoboxes, adding pics kind of stuff. I really have no gruges against any relegion cause i dont want to be that kind of hateful person. i remember formating many nikaya pages and nahimi pages, also sri lankan traditional articles like poruwa, osariya, shanthikarma and dalada thewawa likewise. Im happy now that we have the wikibook you can work on. my only advice for that article is, when citing the video, use inline citations. like sentence wise. in youtube you can get the link according to timestamp. so you can tag the video part where it exactly say what you wrote on the article. it will make a big differnce. - Hi Wikiceylon, sorry, you were misunderstand, I am Colombo University Student, Ramesh Mutugala, I was researching Buddhist articles for my research, but මෛත්‍රි බුදුන් වහන්සෙ came up my 1st browsing content, then I found this මෛත්‍රි බුදුන් වහන්සෙ, then I found two articles මෛත්‍රි බුදුන් වහන්සෙ and මෛත්‍රී බුදුන් වහන්සේ, I was so confused why there are two articles, and then I went to the discussion, and then I research who wrote this, because there are no references, as you said Video links, so I researched History to see, then I found Thanuka, Wikiceylon.pvt, Lee and other references, then I did not do anything, I was confused.
