The unranked clade Bikonts contains plants, algae, the unranked group Excavata of symbiotic or parasitic organisms, the unranked clade Sar or Harosa (SAR supergroup) and Hacrobia, a proposed monophyletic group of unicellular eukaryotes not included in the SAR supergroup.
The unranked clade Amorphea (or Unikonts) contains animals, fungi, and some other groups.
