Wilgamwehera s still not officially declared as the real somawathiya. hence the removal of content. if you think it should be added please wait until any reliable sources publish about it or start a discussion on the related talk page. Since these are not confirmed yet, that's why the article states "මත පල වේ", "කියනු ලබයි" kind of statements. If you have a source which states that this is officially declared under either department of Buddhist affairs, a Buddhist sect media outlet, national newsletters, please mention it with edits and please refrain from adding over exaggerated content. Yes I am aware of that, but do you know that the Department of Archeology and the Central Cultural Fund held a press conference in 2020 and stated that they speculate that Wilgamvehera is the real Somavatiya? Anyone understands that the real Somavathiya is not in Polonnaruwa. But as you said, it has not been officially announced yet, so is it wrong to present both opinions? "speculated". yes thats why you need to cite the press conference from a reliable source, all the articles you have provided are publish sources who have strong connections to the subject of the article. Which goes against WP:NPOV and WP:BIASED. And use the above mentioned style when writing "speculated" content.
