As of 5 August 2013, there were 354 members listed below as active, and 455 Wikipedians bearing the WikiMedicine Project insignia on their talk page (list here).

On 19 February 2011, there were 206 active members, 67 inactive members (no edits in the last 6 months) and 142 previous members (no edits in the last 12 months).
