Hey Kylu. I wrote a shorter version of your Wikipedia:Global sysops draft in my sandbox, intended to quickly summarize the rules and simplify their rationale. I also spotted an inconsistency in your draft: the introduction says to limit their actions to countervandalism and requests, but later you describe how they can help with routine non-countervandalism tasks. But I have a problem. That is why it doesn't linked with Sinhala WPs විශේෂ:උඩුගත_කිරීම page. Because I've seen in English WPs Uploading form [1] linked with that.I think that is similar process in both languages. But If you can please let me know. Have you noticed the strange behavior of the "number of articles" in sinhalese wiki. Even though atleast 100 new articles are created in the past few days, the number of articles remains same at 1896. Strange. May need to look by some steward --122.167.105.159 13:59, 26 අගෝස්තු 2009 (යූටීසී)
