No visible copyright claim is made on that page, and I believe the remark at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Public_domain_image_resources that "Accurate photographs of paintings lack expressive content and are automatically in the public domain once the painting's copyright has expired (95 years after initial publication)." applies here and that the image (called "saved") is in the public domain, as it was painted in 1856.
