This user does not represent an individual, but an organization. There is a company and a web site with this name. Therefore this account is blocked for improper username after consulting Wikipedia:Username policy. Agents of this company have been informed about the policies of Wikipedia and the company is strongly warned against using Wikipedia as an advertising media.
