පර්නික් පළාත යනු බටහිර බල්ගේරියාවේ සහ සර්බියාවට යාබදව පිහිටි පළාතකි . එහි ප්රධාන නගරය පර්නික් වන අතර අනෙකුත් මහ නගර සභා වන්නේ බ්රෙස්නික්, කොවචෙව්ට්සි, රඩොමිර්, ට්රාන් සහ සෙමන් ය .
