Requests for the bot flag should be made on this page. Since this wiki does not have a bureaucrat, granting of access has to be performed by a steward if there are no objections on this page. The standard bot policy is used on this wiki, with automatic approval of certain types of bots allowed.
The following bot types may be automatically approved, in addition to the bot policy stated on Meta:
- Interwiki-link adding bots and double-redirect fixing bots.
- Image maintenance bots approved on Wikimedia Commons.
- User and article talk archival bots which are already approved elsewhere.
- Bots with global rights granted by the developers or stewards for maintenance tasks.
The following bot types will not be automatically approved:
- Bots requiring local permissions beyond bot, including any bot needing sysop or bureaucrat privileges. Please have at least a one-week local discussion before approving such bots. Bots using Steward-granted global rights are exempt, but the bot-owner is responsible for the functioning of the bot.
